HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

1. Adults wash hands before preparing food and after changing a diaper, children before eating

2. Keep both front and back gates closed and latched at all times

3. Children are encouraged to walk and use quiet voices while indoors

4. Place all adult scissors, and tools out of reach of children at all times

5. Keep cleaning supplies in locked cabinet above sink

6. Tables are sanitized before and after snack

7. Children may not hang objects around their neck unless they can be pulled off easily

8. Only a child's own parent/care provider may be in the

restroom with them with the door closed

9. Fences, tricycles, and furniture are not for climbing

10. Children are not allowed to go behind the wall into the main part of Hansen Hall unless supervised
